Why cheap is sometimes more expensive

The poem below really highlights why a vendor should invest in vendor paid marketing.  The worse that can happen if you overspend in marketing is you lose a few thousand dollars.  The worse that can happen if you don’t adequately market a property to the widest possible audience is that you undersell it and that can cost a vendor tens of thousands of dollars.  I don’t know who the author of this poem is but it sure makes sense.

It is unwise to pay too much but it is

worse to pay too little

When you pay too much you lose a

little money and that’s all

But when you pay too little

sometimes you lose everything

Because the thing you bought is not

capable of doing the thing you

needed it to do
