10 Positive Empowering Habits that will make a difference in your real estate life.

After studying a number of super $1Million a year agents I have noticed a number of habits that if implemented can explode your real estate numbers. Here they are:

  • 10 before 10 (10 prospecting calls before 10am each day)
  • Exercise 45 minutes a day
  • Clearly defined things to do list
  • An hour of power of business development block out time every day
  • Call back every person you met on the weekend by monday 8pm
  • Daily vendor contact
  • Hand written thank you
  • Morning ritual eg: mediation, exercise, listen to music that gets you going
  • Graditude – questions in the evening eg: “what am I grateful for in my life today?’

  • Last week I watched you speak at our annual conference. It’s been a long time since if seen such a passionate and moving delivery.

It’s funny, before you told your ‘story’ it was so so obvious that here was someone living a life filled with passion, openess and intrigity wanting to enrich other peoples lives. As you told your story I was moved to tears of joy, like an “a ha” moment. You so have the gift of life and appreciation that unfortunately so many miss until they encounter tragedy, grief or illness.

My wife was diagnosed with BC in her bones in dec 06. As you would know this was the beginning of a war, that became a gift, and a total reshaping of my life. I consider myself to be so lucky to be given my gift early in life.

Please continue to inspire and move people Tom. It’s may be that the more people that ‘get it’ the happier the world will be. Thank you.
