You are either on-track or off-track. And if you’re off, here are my top 10 tactics to get you back on-track!

  1. Every day replace 2 hours of television or non-value adding net surfing/social media with reading/listening to audio books that help you grow
  2. Spend 1 hour each day asking people you have the contact details of this question “Most people I speak to are either upgrading or downgrading at this time, what category are you in?” Then aim to get a listing presentation out of it
  3. HVA (high value activities) is a 3 minute process of ringing a buyer, a seller, and a lead. Do this 5 times a day
  4. Call all the vendors who purchased a home in the month of April and give them an anniversary call (these can be vendors who have bought over the years from your office)
  5. Identify all the other agents listings that will be expiring in April
  6. Any listing you have that has no marketing left, visit them and do a VPA presentation. It’s the best thing you can do to get a vendor from stuck to unstuck
  7. Make the decision that you are no longer prepared to say “yes” to average health, fitness and energy. Then commit to at least 30mins of exercise a day
  8. Write your To-Do List and have it ready to go before you walk into the office each day
  9. Have a face-to-face vendor meeting this week with all your vendors and have that “crucial conversation”
  10. Select 3 agents who write great $ and catch up with them. Surround yourself with the people you want to become
