Your first 90 days of Real Estate in 2013 are most crucial for you to be on track. It sets the momentum for the rest of the year. Here are my top 10 truths and critical behaviours I have studied from million dollar agents:

  1. The harder you work, the luckier you get (I notice this time and time over)
  2. There is never enough time to do everything you have to do but always enough time to do the most important things you have to do
  3. If you target a market place that has a low turnover, you need to have a very high market share to compensate for lack of transactions. Ideally you want a reasonable turnover market place with good market share. This marketplace is more sustainable
  4. Ask yourself “What is going to keep this vendor up at night?” Then deliver a solution that specifically solves that issue. This is invaluable
  5. The ability of an agent to respond and act faster than any other agent can be their greatest strength
  6. The way you’re viewed by your market place will determine how often you’re called into a listing presentation and what fee you can charge
  7. Real estate is fair. You will be fully compensated for your actions, both positive and negative
  8. You are a magnet. You will attract into your life the people, vendors and situations that are in sync with your most dominant thoughts
  9. You are as happy as you make up your mind to be
  10. If you are 1% better each day you will be 365% better by 31st of Dec 2013. This is your competitive advantage
